AAP Software Development is based in Zadar, Croatia, and is a 100% subsidiary of AAP Lehrerwelt GmbH based in Hamburg, Germany. As such we are part of the Klett Group, one of Europe’s leading educational companies.
Even though our office is in Zadar, our team members live in different cities and even countries. We believe it´s the quality of work, the passion, and the commitment that matters not where you live and where you work from.
Team

Andrea, together with the teams in editorial, marketing and production, is responsible for the strategic development and expansion of our
strong publishing brands Auer, Persen, Scolix and Lernbiene. Her heart beats for new print and digital business models that always put our customers at the center. They are driven by curiosity and a love of innovation.


Karsten is responsible for the development team at AAP Software development in Croatia and the e-commerce infrastructure and security at AAP-Lehrerwelt. He studied business informatics and has more than 14 years of experience working in various e-commerce software projects, researching new technologies and software solution and working with internal and external providers.
He likes endurance sports and trail running, spend time outdoors and has a keep interest in it hardware and security solutions.

Mirna is a project manager with 4 years of experience in managing cross-platform and e-commerce software solutions for B2B and B2C. Shes experienced in tailoring project management processes to the adaptive project life cycle agile environment, managing a virtual team (remote team) and managing stakeholder's expectations to successfully achieve project objectives.

Dejan is Project Manager in AAP Software development, responsible for maintaining the shops, adding new functionalities, general support for the developer's team, and communication. In his free time, Dejan likes to watch movies, spend time outdoors with friends and family.

Chris is a back-end developer with two years of experience in developing webshops. He loves making his own custom solutions for almost any possible problem and is always looking forward to new challenges and therefore new knowledge.
Privately, Chris is a big fan of tabletop RPG games, Dungeons & Dragons especially, which have been part of his life for the last four years. Also, he enjoys spending any free time with his family and friends, whether it be playing sports or just going out and having fun. Occasional video game nerd as well.
